It will take about two hours tops to pose for a photo with other tons of travelers and climb up the tower. But make sure to climb the tower only if you are not afraid of heights and also can manage vertigo.

Siena

Siena is very similar to Florence but it’s smaller and quieter than Florence. This is a town that you cannot, not fall in love with. To be more precise, Siena is a hill town in Tuscany but some people falls in love with it more than Florence for lots of reasons. It’s very easy to visit Siena from Tuscany or Florence as a day trip. But if you have more time, it is so much better to at least spend the night there to truly enjoy the wonders of Siena. You can see cobblestoned streets, visit the Siena Cathedral, spend time in II Campo and even overlook Siena from Torre Del Mangia.
